Vincent said: “They are very good at discovering players who can resonate with their team culture. I think some of these things apply to any place. Whether it’s your way of working, the way you take care of your body, and the way you eat, etc. So, I think I brought all these naturally. I have been there for four years and many things have become my lifestyle.”
