Lakers general manager Pelinka refused to discuss the renewal plan of heavy eyebrows on the grounds of labor agreement (CBA).
“Of course I hope CBA allows us to discuss contract renewal negotiations, but they have very strict regulations in this respect, so I really can’t talk about contracts and negotiations, but I have a very high opinion of heavy eyebrows as a Lakers, who helped us win the championship.” Pelinka said.
“He is an incredible captain and leader. We saw that he was willing to fight for the team’s success last season, so we are very happy to have him in the team.” Pelinka continued.
At the same time, Pelinka revealed that he had made contact with heavy eyebrows on lineup building.
Heavy eyebrows will be eligible to sign an early renewal contract of $0.167 billion for 3 years starting from August 4, local time.
