Live broadcast, July 6th recently, former NBA players Metta World Peace talked about the experiences of Rockets and Lakers in the “Iman Amongst Men” podcasting program.
Metta World Peace said: “When I arrived at the rocket, I had the third psychologist who taught me how to breathe, and then I learned yoga and meditation. These slowly began to affect my game. I scored goals and played more freely. I was probably in the best state during the rocket period. Brandon Roy was really good at that time. We eliminated them and I was in the peak period.
“I will go to the Lakers next season, and my role will be different. I can score 20 points per game, but there are Kobe and Gasol in the team. You will get the chance with Luck. I thought about leaving. Later, the team said that they would not trade me, so I focused on the game.”
In the 2008-09 season, Metta World Peace played for the Rockets. The Rockets eventually lost 3-4 to the Lakers in the semi-final of the West, and joined the Lakers and won the championship Metta World Peace next season.
