“I think Amen-Thompson did a good job. He went on stage, acted as a point guard and played defense. I really like his defense. I think he has several rounds of defense that are outstanding.” Ben Sullivan said, “his vision on the court, he sent out some very beautiful passes, hit several jump shots, and could end. I think he plays well.”
Amen-Thompson made 6 of the 13 shots, 1 of the 3 points, 3 of the 4 free throws, and contributed 16 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, 4 blocks and 3 steals of comprehensive data.
However, due to an ankle injury in a fight at the last moment, he is not expected to play the rest of the summer league.
