Live broadcast, July 19-there are currently as many as 21 players in the Thunder array, and up to 21 players are allowed to enter the training camp (pre-season) for each team, these include 18 formal contracts and 3 two-way contracts, but each team can have up to 18 players (15 formal contracts and 3 two-way contracts) on the list after the start of the season.
