Ray Allen was born on July 20, 1975 in Merced, California, USA. He was selected by the Timberwolves in the fifth order in the first round of the 1996 NBA draft and was immediately traded to Bucks team. In February 2003, Ray Allen was traded to Seattle SuperSonics (now Thunder), on June 27, 2007, he was traded to Celtics, and in the summer of 2012, he was transferred to the Heat freely.

Ray Allen was selected into NBA All-Star team for 10 times in NBA career. He was selected into NBA best team three in 2001 and second in NBA best team in 2005. In 2000, he joined the American Dream Team and won the gold medal at the Sydney Olympics. In 2001, he won the NBA All-Star net blazer championship. He helped the Celtics win the NBA championship in 2008 and the Heat team win the NBA championship in 2013.

On November 1, 2016, Ray Allen announced his retirement. On April 1, 2018, Ray Allen was selected into the Nye Smith Basketball Hall of Fame. In October 2021, Ray Allen was selected as the NBA75 superstar.

Ray Allen played 1300 games in total, scored 24505 points, averaged 18.9 points 4.1 rebounds 3.4 assists 1.1 steals, field goal percentage 45.2%, hit 40% in three points, and hit 89.4% in free throws.

Ray Allen’s career has scored 2973 points, second only to Curry, ranking second in NBA history.
