The 2023 national women’s basketball championship is sponsored by China Basketball Association and co-sponsored by deep basketball sports (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The details of the tournament are as follows:
The 2023 national women’s basketball championship is planned to be held in each division from July to August 2023.
01. Competition time
Time and place of the first stage competition: Guangyuan, Sichuan (July 15-July 19), Xi’an, Shaanxi (July 17-July 21)
The second stage of the competition venue: Xi’an, Shaanxi, Yancheng, Jiangsu, the specific competition time will be notified separately.
02. Participating teams
16 WCBA clubs and 4 CUBAL school teams will participate in the 2023 national women’s basketball championship. 20 teams will be divided into four groups.
03. Grouping
The competition between Group A and Group C will be held in Guangyuan Aoyuan Sport Center Gymnasium, Sichuan, and the competition between Group B and Group D will be held in Shaanxi Provincial Gymnasium.
