Premier Michael Scotto followed up and said that Julian Phillips signed a four-year contract with the bull worth $8.1 million. The first three seasons were fully guaranteed and the fourth season was the team option.
Phillips is 19 years old and 2 meters tall. He is a forward. He studied at the University of Tennessee. In the freshman season, Phillips played 32 games and averaged 8.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists.
