The first stage of the competition will be ranked through the single cycle of the group. The top four in the A1 and A2 groups will be promoted to the final stage in Chengdu, Sichuan province in September. The top two in the B group will be promoted to Group A, A1, the eighth place in Group A2 was downgraded to Group B.
